As a Job Seeker, you may create a profile, upload a resume, and apply for positions posted on the Platform. You agree that:
Jovify acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any employment agreement and do not guarantee interviews, offers, or placements.
As an Employer, you may post job listings and access candidate profiles. You agree that:
We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any job listing that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
When using Jovify, you agree NOT to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
The Platform, including its design, logo, branding, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Jovify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit (such as resumes and job listings) but grant Jovify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Jovify is free for Job Seekers. Certain employer services, such as featured job postings and premium recruitment tools, are offered under paid subscription plans.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of paid services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Jovify. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party.
Accessing third-party links is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jovify makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job listings, candidate profiles, or platform availability.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we endorse or guarantee any employer, job seeker, or outcome facilitated through the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time via your dashboard settings or by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the Platform.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of Jovify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
